Summerland RV Park is open between May 1^st and October 1^st

Weekend reservations will be a minimum of 2 days starting on the Friday.

Long weekend reservations will be a minimum of 3 days starting on the Friday.

Your reservation confirmation notice is an acknowledgement and guarantee of site type only. Guests will be assigned a site number on day of arrival.

We will note your site preference and will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we CANNOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SITES for short term stays.  Groups of 2 or more RV’s will be kept as close together as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY for short term reservations.  Less then 28 days.

Reservations cancelled with 7 or more days notice: You will receive your deposit less a $25 admin fee.

Reservations cancelled with less than 7 days notice: You will not receive a refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY for long term reservations.  28 days or more (excluding seasonal)

Reservations cancelled with 30 or more days notice: You will receive your deposit less a $25 admin fee

Reservations cancelled with less than 30 days notice: You will receive your deposit less $200.

Receipt of our reservation confirmation letter acknowledges your understanding and agreement of our policies.
